Each piece is packed with care, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing and packaging before your order ships. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

US Orders:
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipping.

International Orders:
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks after shipping. Duties, taxes, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Packages*

Once your order is in the care of our postal friends, delivery times are out of my hands. If your package seems delayed or lost, please check your tracking info or with your local post office. Feel free to contact me if you need help or have any worries 💌

*Each piece is handmade with lots of love and care, but please note that I can’t be responsible for lost mail once it’s shipped. Thank you for understanding and for supporting a tiny handmade shop.

Returns & Refunds

US & Non-EU Customers

All orders are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at tinybloomstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery at tinybloomstudio@gmail.com.

Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued once the item is received or proof of return shipment is provided. We may withhold the refund until then.

This right may not apply to custom-made or personalized items where applicable under EU law.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production or shipping begins. Once production has started or the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible.
